Benefit When Eligible Details
Health Insurance 15 to 30 days based on hire date Platinum PPO by Anthem is funded 100% by Thresher Corp.
Dental/Vision Insurance 15 to 30 days based on hire date Delta Vision and Dental funded 100% by Thresher Corp.
Life Insurance 15 to 30 days based on hire date The life insurance provider is Guardian. The coverage is a $50,0010 whole life plan. This benefit is funded 100% by Thresher Corp.
401K First payroll period feasible after employment Guideline Safe Harbor 401k. Thresher Corp matches up to 6% of the employee’s contribution to the 401k or payments against a student loan. Thresher Corp will also contribute 4% of the employee’s annual salary.
10% Bonus Plan Immediately 100% bonus payout based on working 1860 hours (less up to a maximum of 80 hours of training). The 100% bonus payout is 10% of the base salary. Employees hired during the year, will have this benefit prorated.
Personal Leave Immediately Unlimited PTO, based on the 1860 hours required by contract. Employees bonus rates are calculated based on hours work. When an employee’s submitted time drops below the 1860 is begins to affect the end of year bonus.
Training After 90 Days $6,000 per/annum training budget with up to 80 paid hours of leave for training. This benefit is funded 100% by Thresher Corp.
Computer Stipend After 90 Days $1,500 computer stipend every other year.
Immediately Employees can use Uber and Lyft on any occasion where alcoholic beverages are consumed, training or any official corporate event. This benefit is 100% covered by Thresher Corp.
Short Term Disability Immediately Weekly benefit of $1,500 per week for up to 13 weeks.
Long Term Disability Immediately Monthly benefit of $6,500 per month
